Shelf Bed is the only full bed level carton flow product on the market which drops-in to any shelf structure to replace existing plastic wheel tracks. Shelf Bed’s shallower side channel is designed to retrofit all traditional carton flow shelves. This provides maximum flexibility to place product in any location within the carton flow system without changing/moving equipment.

Shelf Bed is recommended for operations where product dimensions or product locations change frequently. Shelf Bed applications are ideal for order picking and manufacturing operations exhibiting the following:

• Wide range in variation of product width
• Frequent changes in package dimensions
• Re-slotting product on a regular basis as operational practice

Shelf Bed panels drop-in design install in 1/3 time of plastic wheel rails. Panel length equals the length of the plastic wheel rail. Shelf Bed in-feed guides are available to define product lanes and are easily adjusted to reconfigure product slot positions on demand .

Load capacity of the carton flow system is determined by the capacity of the shelf. Carton flow shelves which are supported on 24" centers or less will have 50lbs. per linear foot load capacity. Shelf Bed's gravity conveyor design will meet the rigors and demand of order picking operations eliminating the maintenance issue of continually replacing plastic wheel track.
