Span-Track Carton Flow Track
Spant-Track Carton Flow Track

Span-Track Carton Flow Track Drops into any existing pallet rack.

The above track is notched allowing an
intermediary beam to support 50lbs per linear foot
and also allow the track to maintain it's low profile
vertical space saving position.

Low Profile for Longer Runs

The are times when carton flow applications require track lengths exceeding 10 feet to handle product throughput and/or minimize loading or stock-outs. Operations incorporating carton flow with pallet flow above; high volume pick modules and feeder lines represent several such applications. For these applications there are several Low-Profile Span-Track options which provide the required capacity and ensure proper flow to the pick point.

Track-to-Track Applications

Low-Profile Span-Track sections can be spliced together to create longer runs while maintaining a required load capacity. Bridge splice utilizes special patented notching to maintain roller centers ensuring proper flow and maximizes vertical clearance for product storage. Bridge splice can be used with any standard pallet rack beam.

Rigid splice is also available for Track-to-Track applications. Rigid splice sits on top of the intermediate beam and is predominately used for High-Profile applications

Notched Track

Longer sections of Low-Profile Span-Track can be notched to fit over an intermediate beam to maintain a required load capacity and roller centers while maximizing vertical clearance for product storage.

The above two tracks are spliced together and
the ends of the track are notched - allowing you
the flexibility of using multiple tracks for longer
runs.

Note: Load capacity for Track-to-Track applications
is determined by longest unsupported span within
the lane.
