Span-Track 3D is a heavy duty Low Profile roller track with 3" side channels and additional bends (to increase rigidity) which contains 65% more material than standard full with roller tracks. This increases 3D carton flow load capacity up to 150% for unsupported spans greater than seven feet to twelve feet.

Span-Track 3D is recommended when order picking requirements dictate longer spans of carton flow. Incorporating Span-Track 3D into longer run (deep) carton flow systems eliminates the need to provide intermediate beams to maintain a specified capacity. The intermediate beams which are underneath the roller track lanes take up 2-4 inches of valuable space. Span-track 3D recaptures this vertical space to maximize the number of pick levels increasing space utilization.

Span-Track 3D nests between pallet rack beams supported by front and rear hangers. This maintains the integrity of the rack structure while maximizing the space available between levels for product storage. Since the track and product are protected within the rack system it is well suited for order picking operations utilizing fork trucks and pallet storage above.
